Prior to Coaching, Barbara worked 20+ years as a college educator, technical writer/designer, and corporate project manager.  Barbara ran her own online information consulting business for 8 years just prior to building her coaching practice. During her corporate and consulting life, she was very active in professional and networking groups, and she mentored new and existing career professionals in their skill improvement and job searches. Barbara was co-chair of the 2006 ICF annual international conference in St. Louis.  She has chaired the conference bookstore for several years and serves on the R&E Committee this year.  She is a leader in her local ICF chapter.  She has also served for several years (and currently) as a certification evaluator for ICF.

Wind Beneath Your Wings:  Coaching practice founded in 1996.  Practice focuses on providing education, encouragement, and lift for adults with attention deficit disorder to soar.  Clients are highly energetic and creative individuals who want a partner to support completing their many projects and goals.  Barbara also mentors new coaches to build successful practices on their passions and strengths.
