Prior to Coaching, Barbara worked 20+ years as a college educator, technical writer/designer, and corporate project manager. Barbara ran her own online information consulting business for 8 years just prior to building her coaching practice. During her corporate and consulting life, she was very active in professional and networking groups, and she mentored new and existing career professionals in their skill improvement and job searches. Barbara was co-chair of the 2006 ICF annual international conference in St. Louis. She has chaired the conference bookstore for several years and serves on the R&E Committee this year. She is a leader in her local ICF chapter. She has also served for several years (and currently) as a certification evaluator for ICF.
Wind Beneath Your Wings: Coaching practice founded in 1996. Practice focuses on providing education, encouragement, and lift for adults with attention deficit disorder to soar. Clients are highly energetic and creative individuals who want a partner to support completing their many projects and goals. Barbara also mentors new coaches to build successful practices on their passions and strengths.

Jerry is a Professional Certified Coach and member of the International Coach Federation. He helps small business owners all over the world create successful businesses. He is also a faculty member of Coach U where he trains professional coaches worldwide.
Jerry Wistrom has a professional career spanning the past 24 years. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut, he started out as an assistant comptroller of a small appliance manufacturer. Next came 17 years climbing the corporate ladder at a Fortune 100 Insurance company. Jerry's experiences there were in various technical and management positions. Then came over 5 years of consulting with clients ranging from major Insurance companies, to municipalities, to medium sized software firms, to "Dot-Coms".

Roger is passionate about cutting edge technology and marketing tactics and loves passing his knowledge on to his clients. His first love, however, is the "life coaching" -- helping people to use the power of their brilliant mind and spirit to create and attract amazing lives. As a coach he is spiritual but tempers it with a healthy dose of practicality. He is creative, intuitive and is passionate about how the brain works in forming the basis of our experience. Once we know HOW we think we can then DIRECT our mindset and CREATE the results that we want. It is a BLAST! Oh... and he is also a practitioner of EFT.

Ed has been training and coaching for over 4 decades in a variety of venues. He works in partnership with Corporate Executives, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs to integrate balance and focus in all aspects of their lives. Ed is also a mentor to other Coaches.
Ed’s forty year career includes executive sales and marketing management positions with two of the top five athletic shoe and apparel manufacturers in the world, Reebok and Converse. He was also the President of Network Sports Gear, Inc., a licensee of ABC Sports branded products. He has brought the skills he has developed into the management world through coaching.
Ed was the founder and first President of Corporate Coach U International (a Coach training program for corporate managers and internal coaches). He has distinguished himself as a Senior Teleseminar leader, Master Facilitator and Workshop Leader. He is a graduate of Coach U where he received the distinction of Coach U Certified Master Coach. He has earned the highest certification from the International Coaches Federation, that of Master Certified Coach. As an aside, Ed enjoys football, golf and fishing. The inspirations in his life are his daughter Lainie, his grandsons Alonzo and Madden; his clients and colleagues.
